  1. GENERAL TERMS

1.1 These sales terms and conditions (hereinafter: the “Terms”) apply to purchases made from the LoveCompass online store (hereinafter: the “Online Store”) at lovecompass.eu. The seller of the goods is Armastuse Puudutus OÜ (hereinafter: the “Seller”), address: Kopli 98, Tallinn 11711, registration code 14337105, phone +372 53 787 230, e-mail: [email protected]. These Terms govern the legal relationship between any person (hereinafter: the “Client”) and the Seller arising from purchases made through the LoveCompass Online Store.

1.2 The Seller has the right to unilaterally change and supplement the Terms by publishing the new version at lovecompass.eu/muugitingimused. If the Client places an order before the new Terms come into effect, the version of the Terms valid at the time of ordering will apply.

1.3 Before making a purchase, the Client may save, print, and reproduce the Terms if necessary, and by making a purchase, the Client agrees to be bound by the Terms.

1.4 In addition to these Terms, purchases made via the Online Store are subject to the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

  1. PLACING AN ORDER

2.1 The Client selects the desired products from the Online Store and adds them to the shopping cart.

2.2 Each item in the shopping cart is reserved for 60 minutes.

2.3 The Client confirms the shopping cart and pays for the products through the payment platforms provided by the Seller. Before paying, the Client must ensure that all information in the invoice reflects their actual order.

2.4 After payment, the Client must click the link “Return to Merchant”.

2.5 The Seller sends the Client an automatic confirmation email upon receipt of the order and payment.

2.6 Orders placed through the Online Store are processed on working days (Mon–Fri) between 9:00 and 18:00.

  1. PRODUCT PRICE AND PAYMENT METHODS

3.1 All prices in the LoveCompass Online Store are in euros and include VAT.

3.2 The Client must pay the full purchase amount in advance. Payment is made via the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS outside the Online Store. The Seller has no access to the Client’s bank or credit card information.

3.3 Payment methods available are those listed in the Online Store. Additional service fees may apply depending on the agreement between the Client and their bank or card issuer.

  1. PROCESSING OF CLIENT’S PERSONAL DATA

4.1 The Seller processes the Client’s personal data (such as name, phone number, address, email) entered in the Online Store for the purpose of fulfilling the order, in accordance with the Seller’s data protection policy.

  1. RETURNS, WITHDRAWAL, AND REFUNDS

5.1 The Client has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.

5.2 To return the goods, the Client must fill out a withdrawal form and send it to [email protected].

5.3 The Client must return the goods to the Seller no later than 14 days from submitting the withdrawal notice.

5.4 The Client bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

5.5 If the Client withdraws from the purchase, the Seller will refund the purchase amount, including the delivery fee, without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from receiving the withdrawal notice. The refund will be made to the same account from which the original payment was made.

5.6 No refunds will be given for gift cards or tickets purchased for games/workshops/events. However, the time of the game/workshop/event may be rescheduled to another date (of equal or higher value) if notice is given at least one week before the original date, provided places are available. If notice is given later, the date cannot be changed unless due to the participant’s sudden illness.

  1. EXCHANGES

6.1 The Client has the right to exchange goods purchased from the Online Store.

6.2 To exchange an item, the Client must fill out an exchange request form and send it to [email protected].

  1. COMPLAINTS AND LIABILITY

7.1 Clients are encouraged to submit complaints by email to [email protected]. The complaint must include the Client’s name and contact details, date of complaint, description of the issue, and proof of purchase. The Seller will respond within 15 days.

7.2 The Seller is not liable for any damage or delays resulting from incorrect information provided by the Client, or circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.

7.3 Any disputes between the Client and the Seller will be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the Client may turn to the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (Pronksi 12, Tallinn 10117, https://www.ttja.ee) or the Consumer Disputes Committee (http://www.komisjon.ee) for out-of-court resolution, or to Harju County Court. Additionally, all Clients have access to the EU’s online dispute resolution platform (ODR) at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
